During membership or sign up registration, AstroGanit collects personal information including your name, gender, birth information, email address, and your place of birth and residing city. This information is used to calculate your horoscope. Your e-mail address together with a password is used to secure your profile and to make our personalized e-mail services available to you. You do not have to provide any personal information to use AstroGanit’s services like call, chat and pooja.
b. Log Files, IP Address and Cookies
When you download our app AstroGanit and interact with the services and tools that reside there, AstroGanit and third parties with whom AstroGanit has contracted to provide services to AstroGanit may collect information on your actions. The purpose of this information collection is generally to gather broad demographic information that is not personal. We also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our software or our server and to administer our website. All of this information is used for gathering broad demographic data to enhance the performance of app and services in the app.
c. Booking a paid service
While booking a service through Order Form, the personal information which may be sought would include, but not limited to the information as mentioned in Column 1(a), financial information inclusive of bank account information, credit card or debit card details or other payment instrument details through a secure third party gateway, IP (Internet protocol) Address and any other information that a User may provide during booking a paid service on the App. Such information is kept highly confidential.
d. Through Order Forms
We gather information that is required to fulfill our paid services though our order forms. This personal is maintained in strict confidence. As stated earlier, we are not selling or renting any lead to any third party and confidentiality of our members’ identity, birth details and the prediction made possible under legal regulatory and security environment. We DO NOT collect any payment information on our website. It is collected and processed in a secured manner by third party payment gateways. We follow reasonable industry standards, technical measures and procedural measures to protect against unauthorized access and use of your supplied information.
