Mohsin Khan, who plays the male lead Kartik Goenka in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, revealed in a tweet on Wednesday evening that he is suffering from dengue.
Mohsin took to tweeter and wrote “Down with dengue. Be careful staying outdoors for too long guys.. i’ll be up n runnin soon inshallah ;)”
And now another actor from ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ show is down with Dengue. Niyati Joshi, who is playing the role of Mohsin’s on-screen mother Suvarna Goenka have been diagnosed with dengue.
The actress recently shared a few pictures on her Instagram stories from the hospital wherein she informed her fans that she has been diagnosed with dengue. Niyati wrote, “Will bounce back soon. Down with dengue.”
Niyati shares with TOI, “I felt unwell on Saturday, but continued to shoot till Monday assuming it to be just viral fever. However, when I went for a blood test on Tuesday, I was diagnosed with dengue. I shot on Wednesday for a couple of hours, as I was required in a scene. However, I had to be hospitalised in the evening. I am expected to be discharged in three days.”
Whereas, Mohsin is feeling better now he says, “I am feeling better now. I had to take another blood test yesterday. I am keeping my fingers crossed.”
A few days back, the entire team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was seen celebrating the completion of 3000 episodes. The makers of the show Rajan Shahi threw a lavish party for entire cast and crew of the show and their family.
