‘God Of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar is all set to starts his new inning with World Cup 2019. Mater Blaster Sachin is going to debut as a commentator in the World Cup beginning on Thursday in England and Wales.
The legendary Indian cricketer will be present in the commentary box during the tournament opener between hosts England and South Africa to be played at The Oval in London. Tendulkar will join the pre-show in Hindi and English at 1:30 pm IST, with his very own segment ‘Sachin Opens Again’.
Along with Sachin a panel of experts will be also present their, many of whom have also played with this great cricketer.
Sachin Tendulkar is one of the most successful batsmen of the World Cup. The highest run score of 2003 World Cup was 673, which was scored by Sachin. He played a key role in winning the 2011 World Cup for India. Sachin has played World Cup for India in 1992, 1996, 1999, 2003, 2007 and 2011.
Sachin Tendulkar retired from all forms of cricket in 2013. India will play this World Cup season’s first match on June 5 against South Africa.
