Justice Arvind Sangwan has ordered both the people to deposit Rs.5 lakhs in relief funds made for poor patients and the remaining Rs.5 lakhs to be deposited in the account of Jain Muni Tarun Sagar's Tarun Sagar Revolution Trust.

What is the whole matter?
On August 26, 2016, in the Haryana assembly, Jain Muni Tarun Sagar was invited to give a speach. After this program, Dudalani and Poonawala had made objectionable tweets against Jain Muni.

Dadlani has put a photograph of an unknown lady in semi-nude condition with the photograph of Jain Muni Tarun Sagar and it is stated that if the Jain Muni can walk naked then why a woman should be called a slut.

The comments made on social media as abusive were registered by the Ambala police on the complaint of Puneet Arora. After the complaint, he was widely criticized in the media, due to which Vishal deleted those tweets and apologized to Muni Tarun Sagar ji and Muni Tarun Sagar ji forgave him too.

Considering these remarks made on social media as abusive, Ambala police had registered a FIR against both of them on Punit Arora’s complaint. After the complaint, they were widely criticized in media, due to which Vishal deleted those tweets and apologized to Muni Tarun Sagar ji and Muni Tarun Sagar ji forgave him too. But Poonawala, refused to apologize, told the court that he has no regrets on tweet.

But by then, on the complaint of Puneet Arora, Ambala Police had registered FIR, hence the court has imposed fine on them and also gave order that it should not be done in the future.
